ALSO REALLY IMPORTANT…
Valid Motorcycle licence
All Riders must have a current motorcycle licence (Motorcycle learners is acceptable). Bikes are required to be registered (Rec reg is acceptable).
Please come with a full tank of fuel
All fuel will be supplied by us for the remainder of the tour after the first tank. For bikes that require premix we run 50:1 with full synthetic Penrite oil. If you have an oil or ratio preference please feel free to put your jerry can in our support vehicle.
BIKE REQUIREMENTS
To enhance the overall experience for all riders on our trips, we maintain certain bike requirements. This isn't meant to exclude anyone, but rather to ensure a seamlessly successful journey. Allowing poorly maintained bikes could lead to breakdowns in the remote high country, potentially impacting everyone's enjoyment. While we do have a support vehicle to pick up broken-down bikes, we aim to minimize these interruptions by encouraging well-maintained bikes, acknowledging that even new bikes can encounter issues. This way we can maximize the time riders spend enjoying the tour rather than dealing with unexpected mechanical delays.
Dirtbike requirements

-
Heavy duty tubes or moose
-
Ensure chain and sprockets have plenty of life left in them
-
Check wheel bearings don't need to be replaced
-
Check spoke tension
-
Check for leaking fork seals
-
Ensure you have plenty of life left in brake pads
-
No bald tyres
Again this checklist is not to be a pain it is for your own enjoyment, the high country can be unforgiving, we want to get you there and back.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Tour guides have recovery and first aid equipment but we recommend that you also have your own if possible.
We also highly recommend you have current personal and vehicle insurance as our insurance does not cover this.

We highly recommend you take out Vic Ambulance cover if you don't already have it. It is cheap insurance and can be expensive if you are not covered and an ambulance is needed.
Bring the family
There are loads of accommodation options in Bright and surrounds with endless entertainment options and things to do for the family while you’re out getting dirty. We can help with some great recommendations.
